Theo has worked as a sound engineer since the mid-1990s in a variety of formats and settings from assistant engineer to FOH and live recordist...  He has had the privilege to mix shows for a diverse group of artists.

Theo was also responsible for scheduling, sound, & logistics, and has worked as technical director, public and artist relations manager for The New York Voices vocal jazz camp from 2009 to 2013, and has worked in a variety of such roles for the World Vision Youth Ambassadors 1998-2000, as well as various festivals and concert series.  Theo has also been responsible for PR and publicity supports for artist in germany and the US.

He has also worked as a consultant for Organisation Development projects and as editor for the McGraw-Hill Principles of Management Newsletter. As a manager and trainer he also regularly leads coacing sessions on Positive Behvior Supports and Trauma-Informed-Care for direct care staff in settings that serve the developmetally disabled and patients in mental & beahvioral health settings. He is currently also working on translations into german of some of his favourite works by Don Miller.
